content is 140 -160g/l ) is first stored in sealed pool or pot then
deliver to related company for handle. The related company may be
approved by local government environment management department or
may be they are self-employed labor without qualification in recycling
wastage.
There are a few companies equipped with etching machine with extra
professional regenerating unit to recycle copper. After adding a
few chemical, the waste etching solution can be regenerated and reused
into production. But such a machine is not so popular in China PCB
industry because it costs more than several hundreds thousand us
dollar each set to import, with complex procedure during custom clean.
Through our analysis and research in different sections,
PCB industry is metal-consuming industry and looked as serious environment
pollution industry but also industry containing most metal resource.
That is to say reasonable recycling and regeneration of heavy
metal equals to developing resources and wealthy. Expensive metal
like gold silver , palladium, rhodium, Cheaper metal like copper and tin,
etc. Among them, etching solution which has the biggest volume
is worthiest to recycle. How to choose proper advanced technology
to do copper recycling and waste solution regeneration? It's
easily-polluted to use traditional technology. It's too expensive
to buy imported equipment. After consideration over and over
again, we decide to adopt extracting technique to separate Cu+
in waste solution in order to recycle copper and regenerate solution.
The best advantage of this technique is that it will not break
down the balance after extracting which give a good basis for
regenerating waste solution. The waste etching solution being
extracted copper can be reused in production line by adding a
few etching salt and ammonia water and adjusting technical reference
data, which save production cost and improve competence of enterprise.
However, the extracting and recycling is finished with CuSO4
solution at the same time. We can get cathode electrolytic copper
by electrolytic CuSO4. While making pollution source to money,
we reduce the load for waste water treatment plant and we attain
win-win yield for economy and environment protection. We see
there is a prosperous development in future. |
